Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
Orders can be made through our website at any time. We offer after hour delivery services in the ACT and surrounding regions. Deliveries will always be made on the day as requested, and all efforts will be made to meet your preferred delivery time if noted in the 'order special instructions' field at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee a specific time, with the exception of funerals and weddings.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing an order. This includes any necessary details such as apartment numbers, unit numbers, or gate codes. Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave the arrangement at a safe location. If this option isn't available, we will attempt to reschedule the delivery with you. Please note that rescheduling your delivery will incur an additional fee of $20.
